Orders ship from Milford, Connecticut in 1-2 business days. Free standard U.S. shipping then takes 5-7 business days, and Priority takes 2-3. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. See all rates and delivery times.

We ship across the United States and Canada, plus Ireland, most of Europe (including every Alpine country), Australia, New Zealand and Japan. International shipping is a flat $33.00. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us and we'll get you a quote.

Possibly, if you're outside the U.S. Prices are in U.S. dollars and don't include import VAT or duties. Your local customs or the carrier may collect VAT, duties and a handling fee on delivery. In the EU, VAT applies to every import, even small orders.

You can return unused gear in its original condition within 60 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or refund you and cover the shipping. Start a return.

We’re based in Milford, Connecticut. BootForge™ punch heads and magnetic receivers are made here, and every BootForge kit is assembled here. The Pro kit’s clamp is made by Kreg. Fog Armor™ is bottled here. Our hoodie graphics are made in the USA and heat-pressed by hand in Milford.

Done carefully, it's a straightforward home job. Follow the guide and work in small steps: find your pressure point, warm the shell evenly (a little heat goes a long way), then apply steady pressure with the clamp. You can always punch a little more later.

Heat is required. A heat gun is ideal, and a strong hair dryer can work on thinner shells. Even heat is what lets the shell stretch and hold its new shape.

Almost certainly. Nearly every alpine and touring shell can be heated and punched, some plastics just take more patience. Polyurethane (PU), used in most alpine boots, is the easiest. Polyolefin and Pebax spring back more and need a little more heat and a longer cool-down. Grilamid, common in lightweight touring boots, is the toughest, so go in small steps. Yes. It’s safe on goggle lenses, including lenses with a factory anti-fog coating. I use Fog Armor on both the inside and outside of my Anon M3 and M4 goggles, which came with a factory coating, because it works a lot better. Spray lightly, then gently wipe to a thin, clear film.

Clean the lens, mist once or twice to coat it evenly, then wipe with a microfiber cloth and let it dry to a clear finish before you ride.

If it hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update or cancel it. Email us your order number as soon as possible.
