How fast do you ship?
Most orders leave Connecticut within 1 business day. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it’s on the way. These updates are from the carrier.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States and Canada. If you need an international order, contact us and we’ll try to help.
What’s your return policy?
30-day easy returns on unused gear in original condition. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—start on the Returns page or email us.
Is BootForge™ safe to use at home?
Absolutely, if you're unsure work in small steps. Identify your pressure point, warm the shell evenly, a little heat goes a long way - then apply controlled pressure. We include some tools to help you pinpoint the spot.
Do I need a heat gun for BootForge™?
A Heat Gun isn’t strictly required, but gentle, even heat even from a hair dryer helps the shell hold its new shape.
Will BootForge™ work on my boots?
It’s compatible with all alpine and touring shells. For specialized toe-box adjustments on riveted boots, check our other tools specific for this or contact us.
Is Fog Armor™ safe for goggles?
Yup. It’s designed for any modern goggle lenses, I personally use Fog Armor on my Anon M4's, to use Spray lightly on the outside, wipe clean to a thin film, you can use it on the inside of the lens as well, but just be aware some goggles come with a fog coating, if that coating isn't working, then it's time for fog armor - otherwise just do the outside until the inside coating wears off
How do I apply Fog Armor™?
Clean lenses, then mist once or twice coating evenly, wipe it clean with a microfiber, and let it dry to a clear finish before riding.
How do I mount SnowToe™?
Locate studs or use appropriate anchors for your wall type. Pre-drill, fasten the included mounting plate, then attach the SnowToe bracket and hang skis by the binding toe.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards via Stripe and paypal, we also offer fast checkout options like Apple Pay when available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If we haven’t shipped yet, we can usually update or cancel. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
Where is my tracking number?
Tracking emails send automatically at label creation. Can’t find it? Check spam or contact us and we’ll resend.
