- Live rates: We show carrier-calculated USPS/UPS prices at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Handling speed: Same-day on most orders received before 1:00 PM ET; otherwise next business day.
- Weekends/holidays: Carriers don’t pick up on federal holidays. Orders placed then ship the next business day.
- PO boxes: Choose a USPS option. UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- International: If you’re outside the U.S., email us—we’ll try to help with a custom quote.
