Why BootForge
Most ski boot pain comes from one bone hitting the shell: a bunion, a sixth toe, an ankle bone or the bump inside your arch. A boot fitter fixes that with a punch, which pushes out a few millimeters of plastic right where it hurts. BootForge lets you do the same thing at home. A clamp drives a magnetic punch head from inside the shell into a receiver on the outside, so the room goes exactly where you marked it. Swap heads in seconds, go small for a bunion or wide for an ankle bone, and punch a little more whenever you need it.
I'm AJ Sorensen. I've skied the East Coast since I was a year old, I'm a chemical engineer, and I got tired of driving to the shop every time my boots needed a little more room. BootForge punch heads and receivers are made here in Milford, and every kit is assembled and tested here. If you have a question, you'll be emailing me.
